Within 10 days of the reservation date, an advanced payment
of 30% of the total rental cost is required. The balance of
the rental must be paid in full and in cash, upon arrival.

The published prices are based on a weekly rate. The prices
vary depending on the period. Please see the price column
for these variations. The minimum length of stay durino
the high season is 7 days; Saturday being the obligatory
day of both arrival and departure. Whereas, during low season,
there are no specific guidelines to length of stay or imposed
arrival/departure days.
In the case of staying during 2 distinctive periods, which
have separate price rates, the rental cost will be calculated
based on the number of days stayed during each period. The
rental cost includes electricity, unless otherwise indicated.
Heating costs, beyond authorized periods, will cost extra.
The final cleaning cost is additional. Any supplementary
services such as daily or weekly cleaning, or towel and
bed-sheet substitutions, are to be paid on site.

Arrival times are between 16:h00 (4:00 pm) and 19:h00 (7:00
pm), and departure time must be before 10:00. In case of
delay or inability to arrive within the aforementioned period,
please immediately inform the reception of the Villa, to
be reached at the number found at the left hand side of
this page. At which point, a new arrival time can be arranged.
In case of failure to arrive at the Villa due to travel
complications, strikes or personal difficulties the Villa
does not provide reimbursements. This rule also applies
in the case of anticipated departures. To extend your stay,
please notify the reception as soon as possible to verify
availability.

Upon consignment of the keys, there is a required deposit
fee of 200 Euro. In the case of non-payment of this security
fee, the management has the right to refuse the consignment
of the keys. The apartment must not occupy more than the
number of people indicated in the agreement. Management
reserves the right to refuse entrance to additional people.
The cleaning of dishes and Kitchen area must be done by
the client, as it is not included in the final cleaning.
At time of departure the 400 Euro deposit will be returned
to the client, provided there is no damage to the apartment.
Obligatory communication by article 16 of law 269/98 the
law will punish with imprisonment those who commit offences
of prostitution and/or of child pornography, even if the
same are committed abroad.
